Anton Delecca is an award winning saxophonist and composer from Melbourne, Australia living in New York. He played for many years with internationally renowned band The Bamboos and has performed/recorded with artists such as American jazz legends Arthur Blythe, Odean Pope, Wycliffe Gordon and recently funk legend Maceo Parker. His group the Anton Delecca Quartet has three albums out on Australia’s leading jazz label, Jazzhead. He is currently a mentor educator at the Louis Armstrong House Museum in Corona, Queens, New York.
